2016年5月4日—5日，由四川省出入境服务行业协会主办、中国海外投资服务集团承办的“2016中国投资移民博览会西南地区专场”在四川锦江宾馆隆重举行。
“The 2016’ China Investment Immigration Expo of Southwest region” sponsored by Sichuan Industry Association for Public Exit and Entry Service and undertaken by China Overseas Investment Service Group was grandly held at Sichuan Jinjiang Hotel from May 4, 2016 to May 5, 2016.
来自北京、上海、重庆、广东、湖北、山东、福建、江西、深圳、长沙、昆明等国内多个省市以及四川本省的出入境行业协会领导和80余家合法出入境机构法人代表、业务精英，以及来自美国的国会议员、证券委员会律师、前移民局官员和多国驻蓉使领馆代表共计200余人应邀出席了本次盛会，共同探讨了2016各国最新投资移民政策变化、出入境行业发展趋势与应对策略。
More than 200 people attended the grand meeting on invitation, including leaders of the Industry Association for Public Exit and Entry Service from different provinces and cities, legal representatives and business elites of over 80 legitimate exit-entry agencies from Sichuan and other cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Kunming, Changsha, etc., American Congressperson lawyers of Securities Commission, former Immigration officers, and the representatives from multinational Embassies and Consulates stationed in Chengdu. They studied and discussed the latest changes of 2016 investment immigration policies of various countries, development trend and coping strategies or exit-entry industry.
会议还邀请了西南财经大学霍伟东院长对中国未来经济形势进行了精辟分析。同时，主办方还甄选出一批来自美国、加拿大、澳大利亚和欧洲多国的优质海外项目方代表参会，与国内机构代表交流洽谈，共谋发展。
Huo Weidong, the president of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, was invited to make an incisive analysis on China’s economic situation in the future. Meanwhile, the sponsor selected a group of representatives from prominent overseas project parties from America, Canada, Australia and some European countries to communicate in open-discussion with representatives from domestic institutions for the purpose of mutual development.
会上，经过与会代表们的充分讨论，达成一致，签署通过了国内具有重要前瞻性意义的《境外项目市场推广规范倡议书》以及《四川行业协会会员单位星级评审办法》，又一次开创国内行业先河。同时，多个优质海外项目方也在会上分别中国海外投资服务集团签署了正式《项目合作协议》，为未来的良好协作奠定了坚实的基础。
After thorough discussion, the representatives agreed and signed The Proposal on Marketing Promotion Criteria of the Oversea Project and The Membership Star-rating Appraisal Method for Sichuan Industry Association that have forward-looking significance and again create precedent in domestic industry. At the same time, many prominent overseas project parties have respectively signed formal Project Cooperation Agreement with China Overseas Investment Service Group so as to establish solid foundation for favorable cooperation in the future.
本次活动是中国海外投资服务行业的一次跨地区年度盛会，是全国同行业交流方式的又一创新，对于形成跨省市的行业互联合作，强化海外投资项目的推广力度和效果，都有着重要的标志性意义。
This is a cross-regional annual grand meeting of China’s overseas investment service industry and also an innovation in ways of communication within the same industry nationwide, which brings symbolic significance for cross-provincial industry cooperation and reinforcement of overseas investment project promotion.
四川省出入境服务行业协会是国内最早成立的省级移民行业协会，成立至今已成功运营12年，目前拥有51家具备合法出入境业务资质的会员单位，是西南最有影响力、国内富有号召力,同时具有一定国际知名度的大型出入境行业非盈利性组织。
As the earliest provincial immigration industry association in China, Sichuan Industry Association for Public Exit and Entry Service has successful operated for 12 years, having 51 members with legal public exit-entry service qualification. It is a large-scale and non-profit organization engaging in public exit-entry service with the most influence in Southwest, most appealing domestically and certain international visibility.
2015年10月，为推动出入境服务行业的进一步发展，在四川省出入境服务行业协会的倡议下，由四川、重庆、云南、江西等省市十多家具备合法出入境业务资质的企业共同发起成立了中国海外投资服务集团。
集团将凝聚具有共同理念的海外投资服务机构，促进行业联合，整合集体智慧为集团成员提供优质项目；取长补短，深化集团成员之间的共赢合作，发挥更高社会效率；通过跨地域联合，打造更优质的销售和服务网络，降低营销成本，寻求集约化发展及与产业金融结合的机会，并在此过程中进一步推动行业规范化和可持续发展，创造更大的社会效益和经济效益。
In October 2015, more than ten enterprises with legal public exit-entry service qualification from Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan, Jiangxi and other provinces or cities jointly sponsored and established China Overseas Investment Service Group under the initiative of Sichuan Industry Association for Public Exit and Entry Service to accelerate the further development of public exit-entry service.
The group will gather overseas investment service institutions which sharing the same concept to promote industry coalition and provide members with first-rate project by integrating collective intelligence. It will deepen the win-win cooperation among members for the purpose of establishing a higher social efficiency. Cross-regional union is beneficial for better sales and service network while lower marketing cost, and seeking for a chance to integrate the intensive development with industry finance. We will further promote the industry standardization and sustainable development during the above process to create more social benefits and economic benefits.
